Join the MIT Climate Change Conversation

Alumnus Larry Linden, founder of the Linden Trust for Conservation, kicked off list of spring events

Francesca McCaffrey MITEI

Dr. Larry Linden’s résumé is a study in making apparent opposites attract. After an education at MIT, his professional experience beats a non-intuitive path through the White House, Goldman Sachs, the World Wildlife Fund, and finally the Linden Trust for Conservation. Dr. Linden was back at MIT this week to explain to a full audience the logic behind this path in “One Man’s Journey to Climate Activism.”

Linden’s time working in the disparate areas of academia, politics, and industry provides a unique perspective from which he offers real-world advice on how progress can be made on climate change. Join the conversation – view Dr. Linden’s talk in entirety.

Linden’s talk was the first in a number of events to be sponsored this spring by the MIT Climate Conversation.
