Welcome to the MITEI Event Services page!
The Event Services team partners with MITEI staff to plan the logistical aspects of events held both witihin and beyond MIT Energy Initative. We work with you to develop an event that is well-attended, budget-friendly, and located in an appropriate space and an event.
To request assistance from Event Services, please fill out the MITEI Event Services Request Form to the best of your knowledge.
We encourage you to fill out this form even when you're unsure of whether your function requires support. It's beneficial for us to have your event on our radar as early as possible, so please submit your form as soon as you can; there is no need to have fleshed out the details of your event or even have a confirmed date before asking for our help. Upon receiving your form, we will schedule an in-person meeting with you to determine what sort of assistance you require. The process of sitting down with our team and going through our checklist can in and of itself help you form ideas about areas of your event that may not have previously crossed your mind.
Even if you do not need our assistance with your event, it is important for MITEI staff to be aware of your event and to share that information with the appropriate parties. Please email email@example.com to share pertinent scheduling information.
